In these terms and conditions ‘we’ and ‘us’ means Chic Designs (ABN 26 987 359 119), and ‘you’ means the customer.
By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein. By accessing this site, or completing the registration process to become a member of Chic Designs, you are agreeing that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. If you enter into a transaction on this website you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Chic Designs reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and any amendment will become effective immedeatley. You should regularly check current terms and conditions. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended. AUSTRALIAN SALES ONLY We only sell and deliver products within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia. PLACING YOUR ORDER By placing an order with Chic Designs you are making an offer to purchase good or services you have selected based on these terms and conditions. Chic Designs reserves the right to accept or reject that offer for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of the item, a pricing error or a mistake in your order.
Chic Designs reserves the right to terminate user accounts or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
To place an order, simply fill in the order form on the Chic Designs website and click the submit order button. Once your order has been processed we will notify you by sending you an order confirmation and tax invoice via email. If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and you can either cancel your order or place the order on back order. PRICING The price as it appears on this website is a representation of the price and is not binding if an error has been made. All prices listed on chicdesignscom.au are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change at any time without notice. All items on this website are not subjected to GST.
PAYMENT METHODS Chic Designs currently accepts payment via PayPal (where transactions can be made via your PayPal Account, credit card or debit card) and Direct Deposit. All required information must be completed on the online order form for payment processing to begin. Once payment has been accepted, we will email you an order confirmation and tax invoice to your nominated email address. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase. DELIVERY TIMES All orders placed on this website are processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. Chic Designs will make every effort to deliver your order within one (1) to seven (7) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) from the day your payment is received (delevery time varies depending on destination).
While every effort is made to deliver your order within seven (7) days, we do not guarentee to deliver within this timeframe. This timeframe may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is any foreseeable delay in the delivery of your order, you will be contacted by a member of the Chic Designs team. If your order has not arrived after seven (7) working days and you have not been contacted by Chic Designs, please contact us at info@chicdesigns.com.au.
We recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00 pm, as all orders sent via registered post and must be signed for upon delivery. If no one is present to accept delivery, a card will be left at the address providing contact details for your closest Australian Post office. Chic Designs does not accept liability for a delay in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address.
You agree that you are not entitled to withdraw from your commitment to purchase the product due to a delay in delivery. POSTAGE COSTS Postage is charged depending on the weight of the product. If your purchase comes to $150 or greater in one transaction, you will receive free postage (ensure you choose the Registered Post $0.00 option during your purchase process).
PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Chic Designs makes every effort to ensure the product you order arrives in the condition in which it was dispatched. However on occasion goods are damaged in transit to you. If this occurs, please email us at info@chicdesigns.com.au. We will supply you with a replacement product once that damaged product has been returned to us.
REFUNDS We value our customers at Chic Designs and want to ensure you enjoy your online shopping experience and are satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us at info@chicdesigns.com.au within 14 days of purchase to discuss an exchange or refund.
If goods are delivered to you that you believe are faulty, please contact Chic Designs to notify us of your intention to return the goods. Once received , if the returned goods are deemed to be faulty by Chic Designs, we will refund the purchase price and freight costs via the payment method used when the product was originally purchased. If we determine the product not to be faulty, Chic Designs may refuse to replace the product or offer you a refund for the product.
Any returned product must reach us in its original, undamaged packaging. The goods must be in their exact saleable form and be accompanied by a Chic Designs tax invoice. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged appropriately for return freight.
Please email us at info@chicdesigns.com.au to organise your return/exchange. Replacements and refunds will only be processed after the faulty item has been received by Chic Designs.
CANCELLATIONS Please be aware that once your order has been processed, there will be no cancellations permitted under any circumstances. Therefore, it is important to make sure that you have double-checked ALL details on your orders.

CHIC DESIGNS GIFT CERTIFICATES Chic Designs Gift certificates are a voucher of a dollar value that can be used to purchase anything from the Chic Designs website. This gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed within that period. To redeem a Chic Designs Gift Certificate, tick the ‘Use a Gift Certificate’ button on the Review and Payment page during the purchase process.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and may not be used to redeem another gift certificate. Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. Gift vouchers are for the purchase of products only and cannot be used for payment of shipping costs.
